Joshua's Dream (chapter book) Joshua cannot wait to join his very first little league team. It has been a dream of his since he was three years old. The only catch - he has a muscular disease that seriously restricts his movement. The town he lives in prefers he not play (do to insurance reasons) and his mom reluctantly agrees, worrying that he might get hurt. Joshua must face discrimination, bullying and even adults who lack understanding. Through it all, Joshua, never loses his determination. With the help of Coach Mike, he achieves his dream in a way no one could have ever imagined.
